I gained 40 lbs during my pregnancy. I breast feed for 4 months so by my 3rd month I was down 30 lbs and thought I was doing great. My belly looks like your before. I started 30 day shred about 2 months ago. I did about 10 days not consecutively and stopped. I got up this morning and started over again.
