I'm getting better with tracking everything. I use to not track my "cheat or treat meals" because I knew I was going to be way over my calories for the day - so why bother I would ask myself. And I also agree with posters that you should eat back some of your exercise calories - you may be putting your body into starvation…

I'm with you on this one. I use to get at least 2-3 migraines a week; however, when I started drinking half my body weight in water - no more. I feel great!!! I make it my goal now to have my cup runneth over every day.
