HELP! Dinner Exchange

myself and a group of 6 ladies started a dinner exchange where we meet once a month and swap dinners. Each of us makes 7 of the same dish and then "trade" with everyone there, leaving with 7 different dishes. They are meant to be freezable, healthy, serve a family of 4 and GOOD.... Does anyone have any ideas for what I can make for our next swap?! We have done, braided pizza, Chicken cordon blue, Chili, Lasagna, Chicken and rice, and Soup before and we cannot make the same meal twice... Even if you don't have the recipe can you help me with some ideas (I can google how to make them). The freezeable part makes it a little tricky (I learned rice and pasta don't freeze well). HELP!

This is great to make tacos with.
There are tons of other recipes on that site if you don't like that one, these are just 2 that I posted because I really like them.
by the way, I think the dinner exchange is a great idea!0 -

I don't have a recipe, but I'm sure you can find one on the internet for healthy chicken enchiladas. I've heard my sister doing this dinner exchange once and that is what she made for the group - they all loved them.0 -

Calzones, pizzas, quiche, meatloaf, stuffed shells (I usually don't have the pasta problem with shells), chicken taquitos
Pinterest - they have tons of freezer recipes/blogs, etc. I have a whole board on freezer meals, and there are even several blogs dedicated to meal exchanges. I have to take my son to the doctor this morning, but here are a few.
