  • Hang in there. Im a mother of a daughter that went through so much in school and had a hard time getting out of bed. That was three years ago.   • I was just talking about that yesterday. I went to subway, a healthy choice I thoght to go eat. And yes I ate two small cookies with my sub. Came home and logged my food and I couldnt believe it but my two little cookies were 450 calories..I was dissapointed in my self, but have learned a lesson from empy calories...:sad:
  • I hate drinking water, but I kicked the pop habit so Im drinking about 6 to 8 glasses of water now with crystal light in it. There is 10 calories in a package so I use half a pk for a bottle of water to flavor it...:drinker:

  • I dont think they failed nmiserably at all. When they came on the show they were obbese. They had no quality to their life. They left that show with a brand new look on life. And alot did keep their weight off. They have reuions on and met for thanksgiving dinner. These were past contestants and only from those seasons…
