1/4 cup..and you can stop?? Don't see a problem there. I could munch down 1/2 cup easy with some celery or better yet...Hershey's!! Do as others have suggested, try the PB2 or work it into your daily allotment. I try and work out extra so I can have the things I want without feeling guilty.

Good work, you have more control over pizza than do. I've been know to get a hot-n-ready and eat the WHOLE THING on occaision. Greasy pizza is the Bomb! I know how hard it is to put something like that back so congrats!

I do that regularly lately...most recently after polishing off a bag of Oreo Birthday cake cookies within two days. It's hard but it can be done, I lost over 40 pds last year and I'm havingt to restart so I can relate. You can do it.
