Nothing. Reduce or modify intake, yes work extra to fit it in, yes, extend the time between having things, yes, but completely "No" not happening:noway: . It may take me longer to get where I want to be but denying stuff is a sure way to fail for me.

You have to start somewhere. It is a big deal for someone who was never a runner. Today it was .25 miles, next it will be maybe .30 and then .35 etc. Before you know it, you'll have hit half mile and beyond. Great job! .

Congrats!! I had to lose 50 pounds to get to regular sugar levels. I got down to 189 but I'm back up to 214...I know how hard it is.

Moderation. Sometimes it takes a lot of discipline because it's easy to inadvertently (or blatantly) overindulge, but I find that abstinence is worse. I go to shows and spend 2-3 hours walking up and down the aisles...you're darn right I count it. I log it as a slow pace and only count about half the time as actual exercise, but it still counts,. You aren't on the couch eating chips and watching TV..you are moving after all. JM2C

I took remeron for a month and put on 10 pounds. It wasn't that I couldn't lose the weight it just stimulated appetite so badly that I was eating like crazy....I'd get up in the middle of the night and raid the fridge. The first three installments are the only ones worth seeing. The last one had a few notable scenes, but you can scrap the two in between. It'll be interesting to see if they F&*k up the next one as well.

Fried chicken and pizza make me a little queasy if I haven't had them in a while...then again I tend to go for the gold sometimes and eat a bit too much so that might have something to do with it.

I prefer folks wear a towel. It's actually nastier to me when someone comes in to the sauna after working out and they are still wearing their already funky and wet clothes. I lost 50 and put 25 back on in the space of about 4 mos. Don't fret too much. You did it once, you can do it again. Emotional eating is a hard habit to break but I'm sure there is a lot of support here from people who have beaten the issues for you to draw on.

I am realistic when it comes to my weight. If they are still neat and serviceable I keep them because I know that this is going to be a constant struggle for me. I have large, X-Large and a few XXL in my closest just in case I need them. And I have a few nice things in Medium...just in case I ever make it there again.
