  • My husband and I alternate getting up at 3:45. He gets MWF to sleep until 5:30 while I'm out running, etc and I get TThSat to sleep in a bit later while he's out running. If the kids are gone to their grandparents we move the get up time to 5:30 but overall 3:45 is working great for us.
  • I agree with a previous poster-if I had to guess, I would never look at your after picture and guess 199. You look fantastic!
  • You're getting an earlier start than I did! I've had 5 kids, my oldest is 7 and I had my last baby almost 18 months ago. I've lost 25 pounds from the last 2 babies so I'm finally really working on that 40 pounds I gained with baby #1. I have 35 of them left to go to get to my goal! Good luck!
