  • Wow is right! Cardio 3 about killed me yesterday! The step up from cardio 2 to cardio 3 is more like a mountain!! Such a good workout. I felt I accomplished a lot by completing it- cuss words and all! I love the shorter intervals, it seems so much more manageable knowing I only have to endure a few of those torture…
  • I have a medium one from target. It was fairly cheap and works fine. I think it's great especially for working arms!!
  • I love it as well. I'm finishing week 8 tomorrow and have had great success so far! I've lost 12 lbs and clothes are all fitting so nicely. i'm not following her meal plan and I'm eating normal food and leaning to better balance out those not so healthy choices. Good luck with the program. We are all here for support and…
  • I love JMBR! I'm so round of myself for sticking with a program this long and already trying to decide what to do next. I'm also 5'2 with goal of dropping 25 lbs! I'm almost halfway there! I hope you like it! Are you going to follow her diet plan as well? I am not but do try to eat healthy- for me that's pretty good. I…
  • I struggle a bit with push-ups and I'm at the end of week 8. Every time, I try to get in one or two more regular before going to the knees. I am definitely stronger than when I started. Now I'm doing Crow and raised leg push ups and never could do those before. You will get stronger, just do as many as you can, force…
  • I would try to be active and not go overboard on eating during vacation and maybe try to get in some running or good walls. I would just pick up with BR when you return home and maybe do an extra week. You work hard to afford and plan a vacation so you should enjoy yourself!! Jillian will be ready and waiting when you…
  • I knew I couldn't do her meal plan, especially when I have a husband and three daughters to plan and cook meals for. So I just stuck to 1200 and ate as healthy as I could. Huge spinach salads with chicken breast for protein were and still are a staple. I was a huge carb eater before so I really tried to restrict that…
  • I'm kind of a Greek yogurt wussy! The texture is a little hard for me to swallow. I've tried Oikos and Chobani and was able to force down a few servings on occasion, but it was tough. I do like Yoplait Greek, but have only tried the strawberry. I know the stuff is really good for me so I'm going to look for Fage as many of…
  • I'm still at it- wrapping up week 6 tomorrow!! Haven't missed a day yet and I will not let myself miss one. That's quite an accomplishment for me!!
  • Thanks for the insight!! I still have plenty of time to make up my wishy washy mind.

  • I am on my 6 th week of the program and so far I've lost around 10 lbs. I did the Kickstart week and the two workouts a day plus extra running on a few days. I did not follow the diet plan during Kickstart week and am not following it now. I was eating around 1200 calories and only eat back some of my exercise calories on…
  • After looking at the message boards, now I am considering Chalean Extreme after I'm done with BR just to change it up. Has anyone done that or any of her workouts?

  • Ok thanks for the info. Still debating on what to do. I also thought about P90X but not sure about the length of time for workouts and needing extra equipment. Also not sure if I can handle its intensity. But I've heard great things!!

  • Hi. Since you and Jillian have been attached at the hip, can you tell me which is a little harder or more effective between 30DS and RI30? I'm on my 5th week of Body Revolution and want to plan what my next program will be. I want to keep the momentum going after BR so I'd like the tougher of the two.

  • I have a roundish face and have had short hair most of my adult life. I'm currently growing it out a bit from a pretty short pixie so the top is pretty long for me. I say go for it! It's only hair, it grows back! Not sure if my pics will post here, but here goes...
  • In addition to JMBR circuit and cardio, I run on the treadmill 3-4 days a week (or outside if nice enough) and sometimes add in a fast walk or two in addition. I think that extra cardio is helping me lose weight plus I'm trying to regain endurance. And it gives me a great excuse for buying cute new running shoes!! Just…
  • I'm on week 5 and really like it so far. I've lost just over 8 lbs so far and feel a lot more toned n my thighs. I've lost at least 2 inches off my waist. I am not following her diet plan. I am sticking to around 1200 cal/day and more on days when I need to eat back more of my exercise calories. I hadn't done any type of…
  • I am on week 5 of Body Revolution and so far I love it! I did the kickstart week and I am Not following her meal plan. I try to stick to 1200 cal/day but I eat back some of my exercise calories throughout the week. I also run 3-4 days a week on top of the JMBR workouts. I have lost 8 lbs so far and 5 of those were from the…
  • I am on week 5 and I felt the same way about Running Man the first few weeks. I hated it and would have to stop a few times and then go again meanwhile Jillian jokes about us feeling nauseous! I wanted to die at that point. But after a few weeks, I could do Running Man the entire time without stopping. I think the faster I…
  • Wonderful job! You look great!! I'm on week 5 and hope to have good results like you!
  • Losing 7 lbs and 9.5 inches is a great accomplishment in 4 weeks! You are doing great! Keep up your hard work!
  • I did 5 for the first time this morning. It is a tough one but I want those sculpted arms so it's worth it! Hoping that by next week I am able to keep up better with the moves. Today I had to pause a few times and wimped out on a couple.

  • I have the plank crescent down pretty good, but balancing for the tree is still difficult and I struggle getting my back up high enough off the ground to really get a good crunch for the squirm. Hollow Man is still tough too. My abs are my weakest part!! I definitely think after I'm done with BR, I will do 6 wk 6 pack and…
  • You are determined and your hard work is paying off big time! I'm so proud of you!! Keep it going !! Halfway there!
  • Anyone can add me !!! I'm 34 Mother of 3 5'2" Highest non pregnant weight 148 Current 142 Goal 125 ish Currently on week 4 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution
  • First off- you are adorable and so creative!! Congrats! Enjoy your date!
  • How awful and rude! There are certain things grown ups, especially women do not ask. This lady needs to take a manners class. I have a mommy belly with crazy saggy stretched out wrinkled skin. So far I don't think it has changed in the last three weeks. I think the belly area is tough to get down! I know you are upset, but…
  • I am also glad you posted this topic. This is only my third week of JM Body Revolution so I have some time to decide, but I'm a planner. Plus, I'd really like to get something that my husband will do as well. I'm going to have to research the differences between p90x and Insanity. Anyone that has done both prefer one over…
  • I really like 3 and 4. I can feel it in my shoulders, under my pits and quads for sure. "Hollow man" towards the end of 4 is tough for me. My weak abs don't want to cooperate! jlabbee- that's so great that your husband it doing this with you!
  • Plus wear shorts or cute dresses when it's 90 plus degrees out instead of hiding and sweating in jeans. Not hide in a towel or cover up when wearing a swimsuit!
