I want to shred because I am fed up with being on 'diets' I want to change my lifestyle, throw diets out the window and just make healthy choices instead. :heart: :bigsmile:

Click profile on your home page and there's a ticker on there with an option to edit your ticker. Then in the message boards click settings and put a tick in the check box to show it :)

Read over the Success Stories board, i've found it to be fab motivation. I'm on day 5, I know that's early days, but I actually feel like I know this time i'm gonna do it....it's like something's just clicked :bigsmile:
