WOW! I am speechless!

I don't think it's a good idea to work out EVERY day with such schedule. You have to get more sleep for a start, if your body is tired it will hold on to calories as a source of energy. In my experience, rest is the most important thing, if you want to stay in shape. After I gave birth, I needed to loose ONLY 5 pounds to…

I usually snack on fruit & veg - banana, oranges, apples, celery, radishes, tomatoes... Some of them are high in sugar, but I think it's better than snacking on crisps or choc. Also try Snack a Jack rice cakes. They are really filling and have lots of different flavours. And drink plenty! I've noticed that coffee really…

well done! I can see a big difference!

I usually have my breakfast within an hour of waking up (around 7 am) and I am always very ready for my lunch at 11.30-12.00! Then I am hungry again around 3 pm, so I have some snacks. I have my dinner at 6-7 pm and another snack with a cup of coffee around 9 pm. It seams to be working for me well.

I've got 88 days before we go on holiday and I need to loose 30 pounds to be able to fit into my clothes. I will try my best!

I would love to loose 11 pounds in Sep. But it's my Birthday and our Wedding Anniversary, so I would be happy, if I loose 9 or so. Drink more water. I am terrible with fluids, I just don't drink much really. Another goal is to tone up my arms & tighs. Very important!

good advice! I often go for walk with my daughter or take her swimming with me.

I do my exercises after my little one goes to bed, usually at 9-10 pm or sometimes when she has a nap.

OK, I've done my initial test. I could do 70 without a stop (up to 5) could not even feel my abs muscles) and then 10 sec rest and do another 30. I could have pushed myself further, but it probably would not count as "good form sit-up". I am in a better shape than I thought I was. Before the baby I was doing 200, before…

only inches around the waist ;)

Count me in! I can't do initial tonight as it's way to late now and I've just played wii tennis & golf for an hour. So I'll do mine tomorrow, OK. :)

Thanks for the answer! I've heard about the water retention, but was not sure that it isn't just me. Other people seam to loose weight. I prefer to do the shred in the evening, actually it is the only time I can do it. My baby wake up at 5 in the morning and my day starts. I am on my feel with her all day and when she goes…

Hi everybody! I've started the Shred a week ago and since then I've put on 1 pound. I feel like I've toned up, but I was hoping to loose weight too. I am afraid to bulk up, that's not what I am after. Before the shred I was doing lost of cardio and loosing weight every week 3-4 pounds, now it seams like I'm going the…

Well done! And thank you, you are such an inspiration!

Day 3 of Level 1. I was aching this morning, but it gets easier to work out now. I still sweat like a pig though.))) Do I only have 10 days for Level 1 or can I do it as long as I want before going to Level 2? Does it matter what time of the day I do the work out?
-
By the way, how do you log this work out into your diary? Do you just put it down as aerobics?
-
Thanks! I don't ache as much as I though I would. May be because I've already been doing aqua-aerobics. I feel my muscles the most in my upper body (my arms are the weakest) and a bit in my legs. But my abs I don't feel at all, I usually do much more crunches everyday, then it was on level one. Although I did have to have…

I just got my DVD today and have already tried it out this evening. I find level one hard enough for me for now, don't even know when I'll switch to level two. I hope I 'll stick to it for 30 days to see the result.

Well done! It is an achievement! I've lost 1 stone and changed my dress size, can't wait to loose another one.)))
-
Well done! I've started my new life on the 13 of July. I have lost 14 pounds in one month. Very pleased with myself.)))

I agree that you don't have to count kcl to loose weight. Personally, I know what a healthy portion is and what foods are good for me. I've decided to try kcl counting because it makes it a bit more interesting ad also motivates me. Well done to you for reaching your goal!
