I'm not much of a help but don't take triple fat burn pill that has green, black, and white tea. The only vitamin I'm taking is women's one a day.

I started C25k 9 weeks ago but instead of completing the program I sort of just changed it work with me. I followed it but instead of going to week 5 I sort of repeated week 4 and then made up my own routine. Right now I walk 5 minutes (at 3.5), run 6 (at 5.0), walk 3, run 3, walk 3, run 3, walk the rest. I try and stay on…

Yay that's great! I'm doing c25k and I'm still at week 4 even though I've been doing the program about 8 weeks. I don't think I'll be able to do a 5k anytime soon but at least I get off the couch more often. Congrats!

March 1st: 186 April 1st: 178 I am hoping this is an attainable goal. I'm currently wearing size 12-14 pants so I'd also like to drop a pant size and maybe another inch or two off my waist and hips. I leave for vacation end of April so by then I really hope to be in the 170's.

I just started working out these past two weeks for the first time in a long time and my HR is 180's when I run at 5.3. Is that normal and ok? I want to burn fat but not keel over.

I do it but I've only completed week 1. It's hard but I've heard great things and it's doable!. Every time I do it I think I'm not going to be able to get through it but I do.

I just started it today and I'm trying to think of other exercises that will help me lose weight along with this. From what I've heard/read it doesn't make you drop a lot of weight.
