Week 4 WID: Saturday PW: 188.8 CW: 188.8 So bummed at no loss, especially after a 3 lb loss last week. I was really hoping to keep the momentum going, but my 1 yr old got sick this week and I ended up missing two days of exercise. Hopefully this week I can get all my days in.

Daily Post Wednesday Tracked: yes Calories: Over Exercise: 2 mile run and 20 min uphill walk. Today looked good on paper, as in the calories weren’t that high, but the hoagie and chips for lunch were too heavy. And then I had to go and have a big glass of chocolate milk tonight. 😅

Stayed under calories today by bringing my lunch! Bought a new scale from Amazon and tested it out. It’s really cool and uses Bluetooth to sync my data to an app. It not only logs weight, but body fat, muscle weight, BMI, and a bunch of other things.

Daily Post: Wednesday Track: Yes Calorie: over by 200ish though I have no idea if I calculated my ice cream correctly Exercise: Yup! For a CrossFit workout in. It was a good one. Taught my 8yr old to ride a bike tonight. I’m hoping we can start going for bike rides soon!

Saturday Week 2 PW: 193 CW: 191.8 I binged so much on Sunday that I truly thought I wouldn’t have a loss this week. So excited to see the 180’s soon haven’t seen them since 2017.

Daily Post Thurs July 25 Tracked: yes Calories: just under Exercise: 50 min speed walk going uphill on the treadmill I walk on the treadmill just about every other night. While I am fully capable of running, I choose to walk so I can play UNO on my phone 🤣 it passes the time quickly!

Haha should have! No but last Saturday I got in about 25,000 steps walking from the hotel we stayed at to the boardwalk (1 mile), then about a mile + on the boardwalk, and then another mile back to the hotel! Plus a 2 mile walk/run that morning before we left for the shore. Idk if I’ve ever done that many steps before!

Not sure yet. I did have some food rewards today though! I’d really like to do something new with my hair, but I’d prefer to drop more weight first. Maybe I will spoil myself with some exercise equipment.
