I am ikay with the .6 loss, but was hoping to reach the 10 lb loss mark....missed it by .2. Next week! Still following the shred to a T. My plan is to increase cardio and water this week.

One thing I did well: I’m super proud of this week, and a lot within the week! I got up 3 times before work, and walked the dog. On Thursday, I didn’t walk her (sorry pup!) because I knew I was going on a walk with a coworker. I met my step goal almost everyday, and some days went over! I also kept my sober-October promise, and instead of drinking wine I drank water.
We had cake at work this week to celebrate our teacher of the year, and I got a small sliver, but couldn’t bring myself to eat it, so I gave it to somebody else! Woop Woop!

One thing to work on: there were 2 occasions where I needed some “fizz,” and since I ran out of my sparkling waters I drank a DIET coke. Not super healthy, but also zero calories, so it’s at least better than regular soda. I need to avoid it altogether though.

I kinda think part of my weight this week is water-weight, but overall it is still a loss, so I’ll take it.
I’m super proud of this week, and all the NSVs!

    What are YOUR NSVs?
    Happy losing everybody!

@red1185 sounds like a great week, go you!

Ive just had a NSV moment when clearing out my clothes drawers and swapping summer stuff with autumn. Two tops i bought last year and couldn't wear as they were two tight on the upper arm bat wings now fit! Slight issue is I'm not sure I actually like either...... but, if I fancy wearing them, I can!

    Saturday daily report
I ate way too much today and didn't log (weekends are hard) but i think I'm motivated enough to not let it derail me so hopefully back on track tomorrow.
    Have a great week everyone.

I've been AWOL ... A woman was murdered and her body was found 0.75 mile from my house. I no longer felt safe on my regular neighborhood route. Today I was able to end the brain chatter and get back out there and battled wind 25 mph.

Great week last week with exercise. I went to my first fitness class in years with a friend. She encouraged me to take a Hump Day Pump Class. I instantly got nervous and wanted to be a no show. This class you had to spend 1 minute during various exercises such as agility, throwing a weight ball on wall, weight exercises and etc. Soon as I got to class I observed that mostly everybody was fit. The class was I hour and I told the instructor, " I could only commit to 30 minutes." She was very nice and all the fit people said, " do what you can." Well, even though myself and my friend looked like Beavis and Butthead doing the exercises we lasted the entire 60 minutes! However, next time I'm picking the class.

I'll take it! I anticipated a 2 pound loss based on my daily weigh-ins during the week, but I had a TON of salt yesterday. Still aiming to hit one-derland by Christmas.

I changed the scale that I used in previous weeks and I'm shocked. I don't why I have more pounds. I'm eating healthy. I'm committed to my calories. I just didn't exercise. ☹️☹️☹️

One thing I did well: I finished C25K Week 2.
One thing to improve: Sometime I noticed when I first started dieting over a year ago was that I did so much mindless snacking while driving, even fairly short distances. I made a rule saying no eating while on the road and I have done a really good job sticking to it, but I've been slipping up more and more the past few months. I need to double down on that rule, and this is a good week to do it, since I have a bunch of pretty long car trips to make.
Goal: Complete C25K Week 3. I did day one this morning, but I'll need to stick to a schedule since I'll be out of town on Friday & Saturday.

Healthier habits: Hit a milestone today of 3 stone (42lb) total loss. Super proud of myself. Need to refocus tomorrow however as I made some incredibly poor choices today (mainly marshmallows and salted nuts) that will see my weight suffer. I am determined not to let one rubbish day ruin three months of hard work❤️
Goals or Day: Tomorrow will focus on making good choices. I have some veggie soup made ready for lunch, so no pressure already for that rushed and squeezed in meal. Will be running W6R2 of couch to 5k in the evening, so hoping that will help limit the salty-sugary damage done today!

Feeling slightly nervous about c25k. I'm aware that this is the last interval run of the programme, and from.here on out it's just running for 25mins/28mins or 30mins. I'm committed to finishing the programme but worried I will miss the structure of intervals. It's quite enjoyable run/walking. I hope I enjoy just running too.

    Weigh in: Week 2
    Weigh in day: Monday
    Previous Weight: 209
    Today's Weight: 209

When I woke up with numb hands from water retention I was a little worried about my weigh in. I ate a lot of inflammatory foods yesterday; sugar, dairy, white flour plus eggs and celery which are on my allergy list. I should see a decent loss next weigh in if I stick to my food plan
