Healthier habits: it's remarkable how much fitter I feel than when I started couch to 5k. I'm not running marathons but I am (and was!) so overweight and unfit. I didn't really understand *how* unfit I was until I noticed it getting easier. My first run I was panting after 60 seconds. Today I did 10mins X2 and wasn't breathing unsteadily - not calmly like I wasn't running, but steadily. I feel fitter.
Goals or Day: Tomorrow I'm going to be spending time amongst the tea and biscuits of a toddler group, so will be working hard on my will power and motivation. I'm not actually *that* far from 250lbs myself and I'd like to achieve it. I know my weight loss will slow but I intend to ride the wave as long as I can!

Hoping to get some sleep tonight! The pups have been eating acorns from the yard. One barfed on the bed yesterday and I got it all washed and set up. Then the other one barfed on it at 4:30 this morning! Ugh. I was groggy and waking up while she was puking and dragged my leg through it. Ugh! Lol. I hope that gave you all a good laugh. Sorry I've gone AWOL (again!) but I've caught an awful bug and I'm really not feeling very well.

Exercise: Yes and no. 16,000 steps but just as part of my day, not a deliberate attempt to exercise.
Healthier habits: Made a lovely dinner. Large flat mushroom stuffed with pork mince with hidden cauliflower and carrots (blame the kids) and passata and a sprinkle of cheese on top. It was lovely and made me think of lasagne without the pasta. Served with a naked jacket potato and large salad. Husband loved it too.
Goals: Complicated day tomorrow with parents' evening 45mins before my kids' bedtime. Want to get out running but may not just thanks to circumstance. My goal is to get out tomorrow but if not then commit to Thursday.2 -
