    Pretty pleased! Weight loss stalled for the last few days, not really sure why. Hopefully it'll start heading down again shortly.

    One thing I did well this week is stick to my calorie goal despite having to eat out for some meals. I'd going to work on hitting my step goal every day next week.

    Ate bigger breakfast than usual before my run. 8 miles burned 850 kcal. Even though 300 kcal over goal, weight was down this morning.

    One thing I did well: Tracking my calories. Knowing that I went over calories Friday helped me reel myself back in yesterday.
    One thing to improve: I really need to exercise, if not for my physical health, but for my mental health.

    Bah, I'm frustrated. I felt like this week was the first time in a while I strung together a string of good days -- I finished C25K Week 3 despite some scheduling difficulties, I stuck to my goal of no snacking while in the car over three long car trips, I stuck my diet and counted calories. But then I was out of town on Friday night and while I didn't eat poorly, I always see my weight pop up when I eat out, and I went from 260 lb on Friday to 264 lb today. And obviously I know I didn't gain 4 pounds in one day and that weight will drop over over the next week, but it's still frustrating to feel like this week was a stalemate.

    Sorry. late weigh-in. Got a puppy for my son yesterday and have not had much sleep. First dog ever. It's so hard and my son already want to give up. I have much respect for anyone who has a dog now.

    Hi everyone...sorry I "ghosted" the first part of October, but I'm back for an awesome week three. SW let's call it 148.

    Calories: probably right around 2000
    Exercise: no
    Healthier habits: October = just track: No.
    Goals or Day:
    -so tired and could not stop craving sugar and carbs and I kept grazing. I would have been better off just taking a nap which is evidently what my body wanted!
    - came home and made dinner for the fam + meal prep and ate some even though I wasn't strictly hungry. Should have listened to my body more then, too.
    - legs ached from not exercising (I have a circulation issue)

    My Why Today:
    - even my "fat" clothes are starting to feel tight :grimace:

    Hello there, i would like to rejoin this challenge next month
    I wasn't able to get to forums because of a bann for 4 weeks, so i wasn't in time to rejoin the October challenge, but would like to in November again.
    My goal is to reach 93 kg before my birthday which is last day of november.
    Currently at 99 kg

    @AB0215 is it possible for me to return to this group next month?

    Hoping for advice from you folks. I'm also doing the 'just give me 10 days' challenge so I'm weighing daily. My weight is the same as it was five days ago - down a bit, three days the same, up a bit today. Yesterday I had a great day. I was under my calorie goal by some margin, I made good choices with the calories I did eat and I went for a 25minute jog. I don't understand why I would gain.

    I am hoping there is some advice from you all about how to get things moving down again or...I don't know, anything!

    @jupollock Fluctuations and plateaus are a normal part of the process. If you've not previously weighed daily, you just haven't noticed it on the scale.
