One thing I did well:40-75 min of cardio x 7, Mobility Everyday, lifted 5 of 7 days
Long term goal: It is exactly 12 weeks until January 1, 2020. I have done 15 of my 50 workout goal. Last week I went on vacation for four days and did not log for 3 days and gained 10 pounds. This week I lost 7.4 of that 10 pounds. Not back to pre vacation weight but clothes are much baggier and tightened the belt another notch, so I’m calling this week a victory.

Am I happy with my progress today: No, I let my anxiety get to me early evening. Ate chips and dip for the mouth feel, not due to hunger. Logged it, but not happy being over.

Hi everybody! I had a couple of NSVs this week. I’ve taken the dog on her walk 3 times, and today someone told me I look like I’ve lost weight! I don’t necessarily see it, but if someone else sees it, then I’ll take it.

It's a loss, I'll take it. I've been overweight/obese my whole adult life with plenty of yo-yo dieting. This time I'm taking it easy, enjoying the foods I love. I don't mind losing slowly. As long as the numbers go down, I'll get there eventually.5
