First big goal was hit! ONEDERLAND
Finally down to the 100’s again. This was the first big goal I set for myself when I started at 222 in March, and today I weighed in at 198.6! So happy! Next goal is 175, which is the highest weight where I still feel good about the way I look. Hopefully I can reach it before my 30th in October!

Why is running so uncomfortable?
A few years ago I used to be able to run at a 9 minute pace. It took a few months to get my pace that fast, but it dropped pretty easily from a 12 min mile. Exercise and anxiety
I've been getting jittery and anxious the day after a good workout. Anyone have any tips that could help? It seems to be getting worse as I get stronger and push myself harder. I have been doing crossfit since January and I've added in a day of jogging. If you have experienced, does it get better?

Running a race by yourself
How many of you have run a 5k, or different race, by yourself? I'm nervous because I'm doing my first race, and I won't know anyone. On one hand it's better because I don't want to feel the need to keep up with a friend, but on the other hand I don't want to be the only person by themselves. What's your experience?

Listen to music, audio books, watch tv (treadmill) or just think? I'm curious. I've tried all of these and TV is definitely the best thing for me.

Exercise induced asthma
I've done some research and believe I have exercise induced asthma. Unfortunately I don't have health insurance, so I can't go get an inhaler. Does anyone take a natural vitamin to help with this? Treadmill VS Elliptical
Which gives you a better workout? I burn a few more calories on the Elliptical but for some reason I sweat way more on the treadmill.

Okay so when I think if measurements I think of the song "baby got back". Apparently "perfect" measurements are 36-24-36. I am nowhere near that! If you have any b&a pics include them. I'm 22 and trying to lose between 40-50 lbs!
