Interval training mimics sports - start-and-stop motions with periods of sprinting or close-to-sprinting speeds followed by light jogging or rest. You can use interval training workouts any way you want - running, cycling, swimming, on elliptical trainers, even walking if you alternate a speed walk and slow walk.

I use one of my "groups" as drinks. I put the gatorade there, the juice for breakfast, and all my protein shakes.

Thanks... This one does not have a chest strap. It connects to the plug in on the bottom of my iPhone, and has a clip on for the bottom of my earlobe. Similar to what they use in a hospital on your fingertip. I have checked it against counting my pulse manually, and another HRM I have and it seems to work fine.

I thought so too, but the HRM was the highest reading at 215. MFP only said 150 calories. I am able to input height, weight, age, gender. It also displays a graph letting me know what "zone" I am in.. Weight loss, fitness, anaerobic.

I am 5'11. My peak weight hit 281. Lost 20 pounds. then stalled out. Switched my diet, and now down to 244. Short term goal is 199.9... just wanna be under 200 for the first time in a long time. Long term goal is 179. But, that may go up depending on muscle/fat ratio

Went on vacation in Vegas. Stayed at the Aria... Some brilliant decorator thought it was a good idea to have a full length mirror oppsosite the glass enclosed shower. REALLY did not need to see that. So I've been working on it a little ever since. But getting MFP on my phone has made a huge difference

I take mine in the morning... I wash em down with juice. I hate the taste as well, and have trouble sometimes if I just use water. Juice seems to help, by giving me something else to taste.
