day 1-2-3 is normally every other day. I do it on Mon-Wed-Fri.

At first, I was losing more than the two pounds. But I will say that is due to the removal of soda, and junk food from my eating habits. I sometimes eat them back, sometimes I don't.

Thanks. Some of the walking calories are actually the C25K also. So there is jogging involved. I just let the runkeeper app add that. I do drink a lot of water, but I will try to limit the G2.

Yes.. I usually only get 4-6 hours of sleep. I try to squeeze in an afternoon nap. I eat a little before noon. I eat at 6-7 PM eat at 10-11 and snack at 1-2am.

From what I have seen, you just do the "level 1" part of the video. then repeat it for 10 days? then move on to level 2 after 10 days, or when you are ready?

I work 5:30pm-4am. I typically do my workout in the afternoon, right before I get ready for work. I also have my food input broken down by times, rather than brkfst/lunch/dinner...

on my iPhone, I use "C25K" by ZenLabs. Seems to work great.. and lets you pick a playlist to listen to as well...

I still plan to try... I hurt my foot a couple weeks ago, so my exercise has been interrupted, and I've not been able to run either. :(

It should be an every-other day thing.. LIke on Mon-Wed-Fri, then rest for the weekend. Do any wieght training on Tues, and Thurs. (Maybe Sat). The program is desgined to be an on/off thing, not an everyday thing. I was at Week 6, day 3, but a foot injury has sidelined me for a couple weeks.
