what do all these mean?

Ok. I honestly haven't weighed myself for about 6 months. I know I've gained back some of what I'd lost. So, today's the day:

Weight 257.4
Body fat 35.4%
Water 49.4%
Muscle 31.3%
Bone 3.2%
Kcal = 3546
BMI = 36.0

Can someone explain the Kcal to me??????

Had lost 57 pounds. Gained 35 of it back :( Hurt my foot, and then my shoulder. Bowflex has sorta gone unused for 6 months. I am at a point where I am back to walking.

    It's the amount of calories you eat to maintain your current weight :)

    1000 calories equal 1 kilo calorie. I'm not sure where you are getting your reference from. Kilo calories are usually on the nutrition reference of UK packaged foods. Instead of measuring calories like we do they measure kilocalories. Don't worry about kilocalories unless you are counting your food intake in that measure. It really isn't that important. If you do the program here on my fitness pal it will help you figure out how much your calorie intake should be per day. BTW where did you get those measurements?
