Real Appeal?

Anyone have any experience with the Real Appeal program? They are introducing it at my work and curious if anyone has found it helpful.

    Did you have any luck? They are rolling this out at my work and I just signed up for it.....

    I ended up signing up too. Nothing too new or groundbreaking in the sessions yet but you get some good gadgets like a food scale and a blender. I was already motivated before they rolled it out at work but it's nice to be accountable for my food and weight in another forum too. Good luck with it!

    I was wondering if the scale is Bluetooth enabled like the Fitbit Aria scale. Anyone know?

    the scale is electronic, but not wireless, not Bluetooth enabled. btw, I have an ARIA scale; I think it is wireless. I am unaware of Bluetooth feature with ARIA.
