How do you figure not to eat less than your BMR? My taget Calories to eat is 1440 to lose 2lbs a week. My BMR is 1,964. Your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is an estimate of how many calories you'd burn if you were to do nothing but rest for 24 hours.

I don't know the accuracy of that site, it seems an unusual amount of calories for me also . MFP has been very accurate for calorie intake for me and many others. I say you are doing great and not to change you eating habits!

If you workout 3x a week for 60 minutes you burn roughly 2400 calories a week. Divide that by 7 equals 342 extra calories a day. 1640+342=1982. Not 2500. I call BS on this too! Its saying I should eat 2500 more calories than MFP. That's picking no exercise on this plan. BS I tell you! EDIT: Not calling BS on you just the websites numbers lol

You did something wrong! I just checked your stats in MFP and it says 1640 not 2500. That's at 2lbs loss a week.

freedieting.com says I should eat 12,921 calories a week. MFP says I should eat 10'360 calories a week. So basically I should eat 2,561 more a week but eat more on certain days than other and I'll lose weight? I'm sorry but this seems like BS as of right now, but I'll look into it more.

I agree with above posters. Exercise will give you the extra calories plus help all around with heart and lung condition.

Currently my body fat % is still high at 30%. my trainer said in the next month or two to try to get it to 25%.
