Burned calories and math????? How much do you really burn?
So if the average person burns 2000 calories a day (83.33 a hour). And walking at 3 mph for 60 minutes burns 307 calories. Does that take in effect the 83.333 calories you've already burnt in that hour? Or in reality you only burned 223.67 calories? Guess my 5k time for this evening and win!
I do not run but I will try to run a 5k on a treadmill tonight. I can do a 10 minute mile but after that 10 minutes I'm done running and down to a walk. I'm going to push myself tonight. I'm OVERWEIGHT and couldn't be happier about it!
According to my BMI I'm finally not obese anymore! Its odd statement to be happy about being overweight! I originally started at 311.5lbs in 2008 and down to 208.7lbs this morning. Next goal to be out of the 200's, and then to be "normal" weight!
