This is one (highly publicized) group and in no way represents all polygamist. This would be akin to saying that we shouldn't allow marriage in general because some men treat their wives like slaves or objects. There are good and bad in every situation. Make the laws reflect the true problems (child brides, no access to…

Welcome and thanks for the post - friend request sent. I'm 42 with preschool children and have been looking for older moms of young children to be friends with myself. I'm here every day working hard to get healthy for my children - I'll take all the dedicated, supportive friends I can get. :)

I'm doing it for my children

http://www.ehow.com/info_8434386_dangers-nonstick-cookware.html http://www.mercola.com/Downloads/bonus/dangers-of-nonstick-cookware/report.aspx For those of you that were wondering about the issues with nonstick pans. I don't use sprays like Pam either because they contain propellents but I appreciate all the suggestions.…

I am and I know how you feel. I have stretch marks both from children and being really fat and have no plans to wear a bikini EVER. That said, I'm not even close to being 25lbs away from my goal (way to go by the way!) so it's a non issue for me. I love the advice people are giving though and agree - I'm sure you'd look…

I love it when a man pays for dinner, opens my door, pulls out my chair and any other thing he can do to make me feel special. Yes, I'm able to do all of it for myself but quite frankly I would rather have a man do it. The bottom line is I want a man that treats me like a queen and lets me treat him like a king. If he want…

According to what I just read it can: "Agave nectar is not traditional, is highly refined, and actually has more concentrated fructose than high-fructose corn syrup. It is not a “natural” sweetener. Thus far, the evidence definitely points toward the conclusion: Agave Nectar = Bad.. ...That’s because fructose inhibits…

I was suprised to read this - just having purchased some Agave Nectar the other day (and I was so proud of myself for having this healthy option in the house). So I did do a search on it and came by this bit of information http://www.foodrenegade.com/agave-nectar-good-or-bad/ :noway: GRRRR - I HATE when I buy something…

I love it plain but also with fruit (grapes are my fav but canned peaches are really good too.) Sometimes I also cook 1/2 an acorn squash in its skin (but without the seed stuff in the middle) and then put cottage cheese in it - so good. We also eat cottage cheese salad a lot (great if you're having fish) - just mix…

that's how my girls and I like to eat them...

Sorry for your loss - it's very hard when a fur baby leaves. We lost one ourselves last week - it's tough getting used to the hole they leave when they are no longer here.

 I agree with this

Thanks for this - getting some great ideas to try... It has to be large flake oats for me to taste the best. Right now my fav way to eat it is with apple, cinnamon, raisins, currents and craisens - then I top it with almond milk and a bit of sugar after it's cooked.

I agree!!!!

I do this!

This is what I do as well (except I only step on the scale once a day - first thing in the morning). I log ever time the scale tells me I'm less than my last recorded weight but I don't log anything when it's up. I'm on here every day, I'm working hard every day and so any gain I see is not permanent or because of anything…

I hear you on this one - I used to have to make quick dinners when I got home from work to feed my son which is why I am the pasta queen around here. LOL I used to spend one Sunday a month making a bunch of stuff for my freezer. Because I was doing it all at once I saved money buying bulk items to use rather than a little…

I mix it in with flavoured yogurt in order to cut the amount of sugar. I also use it as a mayo/sour cream substitute.

I am so going to make these - they sound delicious and perfect for a snack for my little ones. Thank you for posting!
