I am totally in your boat, and I am trying the same thing. This is definately not recommended for everyone, and it's not meant to be long term. My reasons for doing this is to detox from a weekend of eating what ever I want. (The weekends are my cheat days) I weigh-in on Saturday, so I have Saturday and Sunday to eat and…

Every weekend, I don't track. I just enjoy my time with my family. Sometimes, I slack off for an entire week. The "weekends off" motto, doesn't bother me, mainly becaue I weigh-in on Saturdays, but the entire week offf does. I always get back on track, but it has hurt the time frame of my progress. It seems to me, that…

I feel the same way. I prefer my diary to be personal, because this weight loss journey for me is personal. On the other hand, I use this site, and the people as additional tools of encouragement, not dietitians.
-
you couldn't have said it any better. Who actually has the time to check everyone's diary. The point is at least you're being accountable to yourself by tracking. Again I say, Good Job!!

OMG, did you take a page off of one of my "Pity Party" Blogs? I know EXACTLY how you feel....the best advice I can give you (not like you haven't gotten enough GREAT advice already) is never give up. Even when I slack off drastically for no reason, I ALWAYS get back on the horse....no matter what. The way I look at it,…
