  • I had been stuck for 3 weeks at the same weight. I finally broke on through this week. Lost 2 lbs just by adjusting my calories, and doing some circuit training on top of my cardio! Good Luck!

  • I have been using an Elliptical for the past 2 months, along with a 1200 calorie diet with NO other exercise. I am down 9 lbs, and I went from a size 6 pants to a size 3/4.. :) I only get on it 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I would go longer, but my toes fall asleep on me and I can't stand it. :)
  • I have often wondered this myself, as I have a 300 cal and 150 cal option. 150 is 15 minutes, and 300 is 30 minutes. My HRM says way less when I wear it though??!! MFP says more than my HRM???!! It gets so confusing. :( PS. My HRM and Phone App are pretty accurate when used together.. Go figure.

  • Sure, I am in.. How would we log that in the exercise portion of MFP? How many Calories would one burn doing this for 20 minutes, I know each body is different!
