Yes. When you find the food you want to track, at the top of the selection (after you highlight it) there's a little link that says "Nutrition info". Click that and you'll see all the info for that food!

Just water-based veggies for me. I always track my fruit, though.

Think Thin Brownie Crunch. 230 cals, 20 g of protein. Yum!

Only if you're hungry, and only something small that combines complex carbs, fiber and protein- like fruit and cheese or an apple with some peanut butter. If you're not genuinely hungry, get thee to bed! :)

Unlimited portions of water-based veggies. I wouldn't eat that much fruit, as it does contain a lot of sugar. 6 eggwhites is just fine, as all of the cholesterol is in the yolk. Be careful with large amounts of meat, even lean, as it still contains saturated fat that's bad for your heart. The big thing with portion control…

Good advice! Also, if you do need extra cals, some easy ways to add healthy ones include snacking on a handful of almonds, eating 1/4 avocado, drizzling 1tbsp of olive oil on your salad, etc. They have your monounsaturated fats and add significant calories in very small portions.

Yeah, definitely no big meals within a few hours of bedtime, at least for me. But the time is just silly. Some people work night shift and are just having breakfast at 7pm! I have my last snack at work at 9pm, then I get off at 11 and I am in bed by midnight.

I'm with theory 2. If I am hungry, I will eat a little something. Keep it 200 cals or under and you're fine. I can't sleep hungry, so I've been known to have a small piece of cheese (mini babybel) or a little bit of almond milk. It's just to coat my stomach. I can usually get through the night that way. Then I wake up…

It's hard to give you ideas without seeing your diary, but I would just tell you that it's perfectly normal for your weight loss to slow down. You've had amazing progress so far, congrats! I suggest only weighing once a week to get a more accurate number, everyone's weight fluctuates throughout the week. I just got out of…

Oh yes. Water is so important. It keeps you hydrated, and helps your major organ systems, like digestion. Your body needs enough water in order to function. It flushes out toxins. The easiest way for me to get my water is to carry a 32oz reusable bottle that I fill at least once a day, usually twice. I don't always need…

I would eat a piece of fruit and a piece of cheese. Protein and fiber and complex carbs all together will help keep your tummy in balance for awhile.

Oh yes, portions are EVERYTHING. Yeah, I think you've got this  Just take it one day, one meal, one bite at a time. For me, that seems to be the key to lasting results.
-
I also want to add that even you making those little changes to the preparation can add up to BIG results in the long run! That's the stuff that leads to a lifestyle change and helps you keep the weight off for good

The difference is it's made with whole wheat flour, which is higher in nutrients like fiber. Regular pasta is made with white flour and is more processed, so it is lower in nutrients. Calorically, they're about the same. I suggest you try a few different brands of ww pasta before you give up on it :) I like the Ronzoni…

Plenty of people run for years and years and it keeps them healthy. I think you'll be just fine! And that person is just jealous!

Anything is possible. Honestly though, as long as you're taking care of yourself- not overdoing it, wearing proper shoes, etc, you should be fine. The shoes are especially important- did you get fitted at a specialty store?

Cat videos. And Lolcat pictures. Reading chick lit novels that have a guaranteed happy ending. Watching Disney and other animated movies, nevermind that I've seen them at least 1,000 times before. I agree that Pushing Daisies is awesome. Thank goodness for TV on DVD! Listening to music. These days it's showtunes, but that…

My experience with working out (2 hrs/3 days a week of cardio and body sculpting) is that my weight is dropping very slowly. I'm down about 30 lbs from where I was a year ago. However- I have gone down 2 dress sizes. The last time I was at this weight, i wore a bigger size. Slowly but surely, I am getting where i need to…

I love Zumba!! I started taking classes at my local fitness studio in January. I've been going twice a week, and I feel that little by little my coordination is improving. I call it a win, esp since I had zero to begin with! So yes, I say if you stick with it, practice makes a good work out! :)

Lean proteins are good. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water- nothing keeps your body humming like being hydrated. And exercise- at least 30 min most days of the week, with cardio and strength training. Being active and building muscle helps get your blood flowing and raises your metabolism. Outside of that, I…

I also have an FT4, and I love it. I purchased it at a sporting goods store, 2 years ago it cost me around $80 on sale.
-
Also you can get these free on mfp and lots of other online places :)
-
It couldn't hurt! Try varying it from day to day. Obviously, don't eat if you're not hungry, and maybe set your diary to maintain so it gives you a good range.
-
It's best not to put a timeline on weight loss. The best advice i can give is: - small portions of complex carbs like brown rice, quinoa, fruit, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, etc. -small portions of lean protein -unlimited amounts of water-based veggies. -use common sense and ditch the junk- you know what's good and…

Unless I am starving, nothing. If I am genuinely hungry, I will eat a mini babybel cheese or drink a little bit of milk- this helps coat my stomach, since I can't sleep if I am hungry!

9! Nice abs!
-
8.5, a face shot would have given at least a 9 I think. Nice guns!

When I get myself into a regular eating schedule, and eat at around the same times everyday, I find I don't feel as hungry either. If I wait too long to eat, that's when my body starts protesting! It's possible that your body is just getting accomodated to your new lifestyle. I think you're fine. A good way to add calories…

Gaining a little weight is a natural part of losing it. First, only weigh once a week- those little fluctuations will get to you. Second, would you consider opening your food diary, so we can take a look? It's hard to gage what's going on without seeing what you're eating every day. Also, congrats on your progess so far!!
