Where are you getting your fiber? I eat a LOT of raw veggies, I personally think that is the best source of fiber.

Okay. I know it is a lot to read... But here is the link for the bill that they are proposing. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h111-875 It is a lot of legal speak that I don't fully understand. But from what I can tell, it should only effect farms that sell their wares to the public.

I am going to say that there is no way that is accurate. I had my body fat % tested in January, when I still had 20 plus pounds to lose and I was in the high end of healthy. There is no way that after losing another 20 pounds that I am now obese!! I noticed that there was an add for their number 1 diet product right next…

Me, too! I don't have any recipes, but yesterday Tami posted an article from web MD that told you how to reduce the calories and fat content while baking. I don't know how to create a link but it should be under food and nutrition. It is, it's titled 10 Commandments for healthy cooking! Happy baking!

I use 8 lb dumbells and do a variety of exercises with them. Women really have to work at bulking up. You won't become Arnold with 8 or 10 pound weights. Don't be afraid to do it. I love my new arms!
