This is so true! I can't even think about going to the gym if I don't get at least 7 hours of sleep. The nice thing about going to bed early is that you really cut down on the late night snacking.

If you can, pack a cooler with fruits and veggies and stuff for sandwiches. I just got back from a trip to Vegas and I took a cooler. I ate out only once (PF Changs) and hit the hotel gym. If there isn't a gym, pack some resistance bands and a jump rope and walk wherever you can.

I think it would depend more on when you eat, than how often you eat. Eat something within an hour of waking up and make sure you eat enough calories for the day and I think it should be fine.

Work your chest with some chest flys and presses. It will give what you do have a nice lift and it really helps the cleavage. After kids, mine are NOTHING like they used to be:grumble: But because I lift for my chest, it doesn't look so bad in a swim suit or a low cut top.

I agree! It would be nice not to have to bare it all to pee in the great outdoors, but it's a small price to pay for having the ability to carry and care for a baby and then be able to produce food for them when they finally come into the world. WOOT! WOOT! for being a woman!!
