Hi! I'm in! I love being tall, but it has taken a while to get to this point. Ht 6 ft Wt 157 GW 155 I'm really working in getting my body fat down to 20%. I was at 21.6% last time I checked. I do strength training 5 days a week I walk 4-6 miles a day. I can't wait to meet all of you wondefully tall women!!:drinker:

Absolutely! But you have to do all the work yourself. Be honest and count all of your calories and exercise!! Make healthy choices and before you know it you will be the fit person you want to be! Good luck!

My absolute favorite grilled sandwhich is a goat cheese and prosciutto grilled in a panini grill. I know you said veggie, but it's SO yummy. Goat cheese is good for you, 76 calories and 6 g of fat per ounce and a little goes a long way. Use any veggie you want and brush the outside with olive oil.

I know that when I am pushing my stroller up hill, it really gets my heart rate up there. I also use the exercise bands for a really quick, intense arm workout. And I love my exercise ball. Taking a walk with the stroller would be a good idea. Just walk as fast as you can and if it's possible, add some weight to the stroller. I push about 60 pounds with my double stroller and 50 pounds worth of kids and in an hour I can burn around 450 calories. Good luck!

When you add your exercise to your diary it gives you more fat. You could go have a nice brisk walk or hit the gym before dinner. I got an extra 16g for my workout this morning.
