It is very positive to hear from someone else with PCOS who has had HUGE amount of success and managed to have 4 children. This is something which is a big worry for me and i'm getting to that stage of life where my clock is a ticking and I just don't know how successful i'm going to be in having my own family.…

GOOD LUCK!!! This is something I would LOVE to do, i've tried many times but when my alarm goes off so early i have an awful habit of just turning the alarm off for another ten minute snoooooooze and then zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz that's it i'm gone, workout out the door - no more time!!!!! Let me know how you get on,…

Am on day 4 Level 1 (as of this evening) trying to do with JM's Six Week Six Pack. Although, I am not expecting a six pack, just thought it might help with that area. I am on holiday in September and want to try and lose a bit/tone up for then. Have got half way through 30DS before but gave up! I've also been given…

All I can say is just keep going, take one step at a time. You WILL get there if you just keeping pushing. If you hate your job so much is there any way you can try and get another? I know that's easier said than done but if you're anything like me, you spend most of your time working than you do not working so, unless its…

Thankfully, we're both well into our fell walking so I do kind of know what i've left myself in for. I don't think we've done Scafell Pike but I know i've definitely done Skidaw. I know it's going to be hard work but it wouldn't be a challenge if it was going to be easy! We're just considering who our team will be a this…

Hi there! My dog is my running buddy (I have a 2.5 yr old Border Collie). He used to pull on the lead(and still does sometimes) when we took him for walks, but when i'm running he trots by my side and really doesn't pull. He does occasionally get distracted and pulls me to one side if there's something he is desperate to…

Hey Mel, We're already friends on here but I just had to say.... what an incredible life you lead! I'm very jealous, i'd love to be about travel as you are. My life feels like i'm stuck in a rutt! Same old thing day in day out. I can't afford to travel (until my husband starts to earn more!) so much so, i let my passport…

Thanks for all your feedback. I would like to be able to exercise in the morning so I have my evenings free. That way, i can concentrate on my housework during the week and have my weekends back to myself! I'm just glad i'm not on my own with finding it hard to get up in the mornings. I thought you were all super-human!!…

Thanks for the feedback. There are so many differences of opinion about running and weight loss, but for me being a runner is something i've wanted to do all my life, so i'm definitely going to stick at it. I think you're all right in saying I need to add some weight training into it all and I just think i need to up my…

Oh and race is in Bedford on 1st July. I shall post pictures (if I dare and if i survive) after the race.

I've had to eat my words this morning..... just after i "let off some steam" on here, i received an email from the big boss! My Firm are sponsoring me £100!!!!! I have also received separate donations and some cash donations for a few others. I'm still a bit dissapointed by the lack of a response but it looks like the…

WOW this guy is awesome! The thing that made me cry the most was seeing how happy he was at the end. It shows just how amazing the human body actually is, we shouldn't underestimate the power we all have within us. We all have different opinions, but this guy obviously felt that he was strong enough to cope with the yoga…

Hi there, my name is Jude. I have tried 30DS before but never got further than the second level. I have been doing well with my running having used the C25K app on my phone. I am hoping to do 30DS in the morning and running in the evening so I get some great results. I would really like to get into exercising in the…

I wasn't sexually abused as a child but I was a rape victim, I was still a virgin and only 14 years old. It still affects me to this day and i've been married for 2 years, been with my partner for 10, he is my soul mate. I didn't tell my parents as the man was a son of a friend of theirs (he was 35 at the time). Knowing…

Mine is my name and the 666 is there because I can be a bit of a devil at times!!! mwah ha ha ha!!!!!

Exercising helps relieve the pain. Especially going for a walk that really helps - depends on how you feel though. I never have particularly heavy periods anymore, not since I first started.
-
DO IT!!! It's painful though, i nearly passed out when I had mine done but I am a complete whimp!!!! Apart from my ears its the only piercing i have. I had it done when I was 21 for a birthday treat. Definitely get it done with a needle though, despite the pain it'll look prettier and you'll be able to wear the smaller…

oh and we definitely need to post measurements! I didn't last time round (got half way through) and I wish I had as the scale didn't move but I definitely lost inches!
-
I was going to start on the 1st but, given that I have a free house this evening, i'm going to start it tonight - it'll be so much easier without a dog around my feet desperately trying to give me his ball!! Or pounce on you when you're doing stomach crunches!!! bless him!

I'm in! I have been trying and trying and trying to re-start this for AGES now, and given that i haven't wanted to run recently due to the awful weather we've been having, I need to do SOMETHING otherwise all my recent hard work will be wasted. I already have the DVD and would like to start this with you. I'm gonna send…

LOL!! love it!!

that's an unachievable amount, in effect 1lb a day - not gonna happen no matter how much you try.

Stuff 'em!! It's all part and parcel of living in an apartment! As all the other MFP's have advised, as long as its between the right hours then they can't really complain officially. You could always make out you were doing "something else" if you know what I mean (nudge, nudge, wink, wink!!!) Then they may just leave you…

I purchased a heart rate monitor after asking myself the same question and now I use it for every form of exercise! I was burning about 100 calories more than I thought i was. I totally recommend you invest in a heart rate monitor - that way you know EXACTLY how many calories you burn and you can log precisely. I have a…
