the pills don't work.......I've tried many and they are a waste of money. just get back on the wagon and work to being healthy and the weight will come off. I understand how frustrating it is, I've been on a slow loss for a month now. Just keep going and you'll see some results. Good luck and stick to it... :smile:

your so right... we all have our moments of weakness... but honesty on the food log helps to keep yourself in check. also drink lots of water, fresh vege's and exercise regularly. you will not only look better, but feel better too. your depression will soon be a thing of the past. :happy:

I have the old one too, couldn't do a sit up without it. "neck problems" I was thinking of getting the new one, but maybe not. I didn't think it would be complicated. I will just stick with the "oldy but goody". Good luck

I have to agree with Dave. if your going to eat something, make it the real thing, not imitation. Whip cream, butter, sugar........they are all fine in moderation, heaven only knows what all those chemicals are doing to your body . I wish to be healthy for a lifetime, not preserved eternity.....
