  • I don't agree that eating radishes,carrots and celery are "filling". I find that on a busy day, I get more filled, maintain my energy, and stay winin my cals a lot better, with a shake. So I say go with your feelings. Cals in verses Cals Out!!!!!thats what were doing here.

  • thanks Amy, I drank 16oz water before and during the run, and am halfway threw a12oz gatoraid. I do feel a bit better, but still any one have any advice how to prevent this? I have ran this 6.2 about 6 times in the past 2 weeks, this is the most chilled I have been. I also feel a bit shakey. thanks
