I smoked for 28 yrears and gave it up last Dec. I also drink coffee all day long. I never thought I would be able to give up smoking and not coffee,, that was my favorite thing to do in the morning. I also never talked to anyone in my family before I had my first smoke and coffee. But amazingly....It can be done. I still drink all the coffe I want( I like mine Black, and only have 1 cup at the end of the day with creamer.)
To quit smoking, I used the Commit Lozenges. truely give them a try when your ready. I didn't want to quit, and had never really tried. but I did it, without much pain, and I didn't torture my family either. I was affraid that I would make them pay dearly for every bad thought I had. but it was amazingly easy. remember it when your ready to try. good luck.0 -

Well, yah...it's going to be hard, and you may feel like going crazy, but really, it needs to be done. Smoking doesn't have a place in a healthy lifestyle. There have been people who have smoked for 30 and 40 years who manage to quit, and there are those who quit after it's too late...that's always sad. If you quit now, your lungs have a chance to heal, and your health risk after 10 years of non-smoking almost approaches that of someone who has never smoked. I think quitting smoking should be #1 on your list.0
