I'm stuck too....:grumble: .for the last 3 weeks I go back and forth between 160-162. I am hoping that by next week and the end of TOM , I will break the 160's and start heading down again. I was going so great at 2 lbs a week since joining and then.....SMACK.....everything just stopped. I am trying to keep positive and…

I would estimate about 250 for the half- sandwich and another 150-200 for the fries(depending on the size) also look under McDonalds in the database and you can estimate how many fries you ate and just use their numbers, and go on from there. then later when you eat the other half do the same. It may be over or it may be…

and when I said tortilla's, I mean, Low carb- whole wheat- fajita size.) not the regular or the burrito sizes.

hey, I just had my 4 month anniversary from quiting!!!! I quit with hypnosis 3 1/2 yrs ago and was good for 7 months and started again. this time I used the commit lozenges. It was easier to quit with the commit. My husband quit 6 days before me and we both used the same 1 box. so we both quit for less than $40.00. I was a…

I do not agree with artifical sweetners. Your body doesn't have any idea how to process it and it tastes like "YUK" Natural sugar in moderation is whats best for your body. We are trying to get healthy here, so along with avoiding the processed foods, we need to eliminate the fake ones and fuel our body's with the healthy…

I bought the gel inserts a few days ago also. They helped the pain in my calf, but now my ankles hurt. I did two runs with them in and then took them out for the third, but my ankles are still swollen and ache. I am hoping it had nothing to do with the inserts and it's just TTOM. I will rest today and see how tomorrow is.…

really the alli is a waste of money. I have been taking it for a month now. and honestly, I had side effects from it 2 times(a trip to McDonalds and a fatty pot roast). the rest of the time I wouldn't have known I took anything. you only get side effects if you eat too much fat, and I don't, and so i feel it has done…

we have a proform xp. just got it 4 weeks ago and love it. we looked at the walmart ones and thought they were too "cheapy.." ours was just a bit more in price, ($500 in southern Cal) also definitely want the longer running surface... I felt under 20" was to short. Try to look at the, Play it Again Sports, stores in your…

I am right there with you, I'm trying to get rid of the mommy bulg. I try to remember 100 times a day to engage my core, pull my bellybutton in and tuck in my stomach, and hold it for a count of 10. I try to do this while working out too. there is a book alled the MUMMY TUMMY, it had some good advice on the belly bulge.…

your right, paying for the one meal, "for me it was pizza, and it wasn't that good either" isn't always worth it.vvnext weekend I'll be better.

I am guessing that your doing great. I wouldn't worry since you have the inches lost part and the weight is just the muscle exchange. as long as you are seeing the changes, I wouldn't worry so much about the scale. also the increase in weights for your training probably has had an effect on your muscle mass "it has…

great job, it all starts with the first step... and really try not to let these "Clicks" get to you. just keep reading and move on. I wish you luck....

you just have to start... you will find your way to a better, healthier you. just log your food and do your exercise and then you will lose, lose, lose... I have lost 9lbs in 4 weeks here. but do remember that if you are just starting to change your eating and exercise, that you may gain a few lbs with muscle increase. So…

I hope to be there with you next week. It does give you that extra push that says "we can do it" Congrats!!!!!!!!

try to start getting out there and walking. start small, once around the block, then add more everyday. go once around the block a time or two and before you know it you will be able to walk to the grocery store and it won't be that hard. it is free exercise. that's how I started. add a little everyday and you will feel…

be strong, you'll look back someday and realize that you did the best thing for yourself and your daughter. and always remember mister right is out there just waiting for you to be ready to meet him. But as long as your still attached to someone else thats not worthy of your love, you can't meet him. I know this…

its true you should try to make healthier choices, but I also have to eat them sometimes. I would just count the cal's and move on, or if you really feel the need to get a credit for not eating the gravy, maybe give yourself a 50cal. break. don't let one nasty comment ruin your day, it's not worth it. Turn your check and…

please eat!!!!! something more than cottage cheese!!!! you have time to lose those pounds and still be sane. if you make yourself too crazy with starvation you will regret it, emotionally and physically. just go low cal, don't cheat, watch your sodium, carbs, and fat. and exercise 4-5 days a week and you should be there in…

(thanks, smokefree after 28yrs) I used to drink lots stronger coffee but, dr. says I need to slow down, I'm not getting any younger and my body doesn't handle the "jolts" any more, I sure miss the rush...:ohwell: I just try to be glad that I made it to 42 instead of hating it. "
