Congrats!!!!!!I am 7 and 1/2 months smoke free, after 28yrs. I just went through my first vacation without cigs. it was hard at times, but I did it. and be sure you are measuring your foods, not guessing, and logging in "everything" including butter, spreads, every little bit you take. you may be going way over your cals without knowing it. I do that alot. good luck

find the threads about platuea's you will find tons of info and advice. just be patient and keep trying new things. My best advice, log in everything, up your exercise, drink lots of water, and vary your cals' thoughout the week.
