I'm not really worried even though my Dad if frying the turkey this year. The thing is, when I am used to eating healthy, it doesn't take much holiday type food to make me feel uncomfortably full so I just stop eating.

Hahahahahahaha!!! Sounds like you had a good night. Now, I want a breakfast burrito.
-
Like Doritos. Ummmm, Doritos.

There is pretty much no way I'm going to even try to avoid most of this list, but thanks, its always nice to know what's killing you.

It takes a while to change bad habits. If you blow one meal, don't feel like you need to wait until the next day to get back on track. You might want to try eating 6 small meals throughout the day instead of waiting for traditional mealtimes. I try to pre-budget my food and include healthy snacks that I can carry with me…

I'm in maintenance and it would be great to talk to other people who are here.

They aren't thinking "what is she doing here" they are thinking, "good for her". Be proud that you are doing these classes. Be proud of every single lunge that you complete, even if it takes you a little longer. You will get faster and stronger and healthy. I don't even know you and I'm proud of you for taking control.

I fast maybe once a year for three days. Let me amend that, I do a juice fast once a year for three days. I pull out the old juicer and make my own juice. Lots of times I put it in the blender with ice and have it that way. You can get plenty of calories this way, heck, if you aren't careful, you can go over. What it does…
-
You could just ask your doctor. and Congratulations.
-
Sometimes a short fast is really nice. Its amazing how much of the day is devoted to food. Planning food, preparing food, cleaning up after you have food. The craziest thing about about a fast is all the time you have to do something else, like just think.
-
No, it would be fine. Juice fasts are awesome. They can really straighten out your insides.
-
Eviscerated it just gross. LOL. Maybe the next term is just "Crazy".

Just get some Metamucil, orange flavor and take it once a day. It will sort you out, gently.

2.8 pounds for 15 days is pretty great. Don't knock it or you might plateau.
-
I don't count calories at all when I'm sick. If you can keep it down, eat it. It's not the time to worry about how many saltines and Sprite you have consumed.

Honey, we reap what we sow. You said yourself that you made a conscious choice not to get involved socially in both the academic (study groups) and the purely social, going out scene. You are getting your work done and that's great, but what you aren't doing is making connections that may help you in your future and you…

See the problem is that you aren't carrying around any extra weight as it is so loosing any more will be SLOW. You do need to eat more. Eat healthy. Maybe take a multivitamin because I am pretty sure you aren't getting the nutrients you need at 950 calories a day. Drink lots of water. One hundred and twenty pound is pretty…

She may feel threatened by your eating habits. That's no reason for you to cave. Best of luck.

thank you for posting this

Some peanut butter before you hit the gym would be good. I like mine on a spoon.
-
I do this all of the time at the gym.

I have found that personally, I will gain some water weight when I drastically change the intensity of my workout. It will inevitably drop off after things settle down. My advice, if you choose to take it, is keep up the walking, eat sensibly and drink water. Drink lots of water.

I love French fries.

Personally, I go for a beer myself. Beer is good food.

I'm pretty sure MFP sets these numbers by percentage of your calories, not a set number.

Something tells me you know what to do. Scan the table. Load your plate with as many fresh veggies as you can actually carry, and get one or two of the other things. Munch away.
-
You could use them in stuff so you don't really know they are there, like make a fratatta , a quiche or actually, anything that you want to stick together when you put it in a pan. Point being, you don't really need to look at them to eat them.

I exercise every day, but I actually do what I would call a workout 4 days a week. On the other days, I walk, garden or do some other activity.
