Congrats! You look fantastic! How much time are you spending daily between your strength and cardio? I usually do 5 days a week for about 40-45 minutes and alternate between strength and cardio. Just curious how much more time you are spending.

Hi Lynnese, I converted from WW this week too. It didn't work for me, not sure why, but I had better results monitoring all of the macronutrients with body bugg and I like this site because it's free. Welcome and good luck! :)

Do you take a multi vitamin during the day? If so, you may want to try taking it at night. I find my multi makes me super hungry in the evenings if I take it during the day. I just switched it a few days ago and it seems better but I will let you know at the end of the week if it really helped.

I just recently started eating avacados and it wasn't until I had a table side guacamole prepared that I appreciated them. So I make my own guac.
