I just completed day 3!! I like it too! Though I feel like my stomach is starting to pooch out more. Cant wait to do abs tomorrow.

Yeah I'm sure one time won't hurt!! :) I'm doing a 5k in October, so hopefully this will just help me to run faster. ;-) I'm glad to see others doing this program!! I can't wait to see the results. I'm glad it's broken down into phases.. that should really help. 4 weeks will be over in no time!

Thanks for the add! :) That makes sense about the cardio. I have about 60 pounds to lose still... so cardio has been a big part of my workouts. But when it comes to strength training, I'm clueless. So I'm assuming this program will help. Hopefully I don't pack on too much during the 4 weeks.

Most BC lists weight gain as a possibility. I ended up stopping mine. Now the weight is coming off pretty quickly. I also feel a whole lot better!

I have a 22 month old and an 8 week old. Yep... I'm busy. If your little one hates being in a stroller, have you looked into a baby wrap? And not a bjorn.. those things are uncomfortable and not good for your little ones hips. But what about a boba carrier or an ergo? Or a kozy carrier? Then you can just put your little…

My zumba dvds arrive today!!! :) I can't wait!! I can't start just yet though because I just had a baby a few weeks ago. I haven't been cleared to workout yet. I watch the infomercial nearly every day. ;) I'm really looking forward to this!!

The mint chocolate silk milk is really good! I put half a cup in the shakeology and half of a cup of nonfat milk. It was good! :)

i have a sportsline HRM that i got from ****s sporting goods. It isnt the *BEST*... but it was very affordable and does the job. I think i paid like 60 bucks. Polar heart rate monitors are good too, but those are a little more.

i am pretty sure tea doesnt have any calories. I would assume its ok as long as you dont add in a ton of stuff. :-)

I order vita tops online. Shakes can be hard to do as a meal. But if you do it as a snack- it is so filling youll probably eat a lot less for your meal.

You do not have to avoid pizza!!! Just make it a healthier way. Dont order it! Take an english muffin, top it with a little tomato paste and seasoning (basil or italian.. season of your choice) then add a little fat free mozzarella and turkey pepperoni. There you have it! im doing turbo fire.. im on week 2. im not doing the hyrbrid though. I just had a baby and that might be a bit too much for me right now!! I love beachbody programs too. I used to be a coach, but quit when i got pregnant. I just didnt have the time or energy to do it.

i dont have a heart rate monitor, so i do the kickboxing (turbo jam). Im sure the calories are a little more with turbo fire... but id rather low ball it than guess higher. One of these days im going to purchase a heart rate monitor.
