Jess- I haven't taken a live combat class. Just the DVDs. Miss Anjy- I haven't tried pump but definitely want to look into that!! Rose- yes! I'm excited for piyo too. I'll be finished with my combat/chalean hybrid just about the time it comes out!!

I just started.. so no success story yet. But I LOVE it!! So much fun. I did a 45 minute workout tonight and it went so fast!

I just finished T25 last week. I lost 10 inches. I'm proud of that. :) It's not my favorite workout but it works and it's only 25 minutes.

I haven't read all the response.. but wanted to tell you my experience. I used to drink 1 diet coke a day. Due to the aspartame, I switched to regular coke. I lost 5lbs. I have since stopped drinking pop and lost more.

Thanks. I hate wearing socks and haven't wore them in so long. I feel like I need to though with my new shoes. I'm going to try hard to return them and get Merrell again. If not, i'll try the tape. Thanks!

I love merrell barefoot running shoes. :) Before I starting barefoot running, I wore reebok real flex and really liked those.

You totally got this!! Have you heard of couch to 5k? It may be something to help you reach your goals! The color run is a blast. Sign up for the next one you can. A lot of people walk it! Even if you walk the entire thing... it's better than doing nothing. It will help give you motivation to keep going!

I am on day 10 and I've lost just under 5 pounds. I only drink one shake a day. I mainly drink it because I have a sweet tooth. I always grab for dessert after a meal, and that wasn't helping me lose weight. So I started this shake to help with that and it's working. :) Good luck to you!
