Go to Outback's website. They have a great tool for nutritional value. You can click the whole meal, without butter, without seasoning, etc. I use their nutritional values instead of MFP's database. When I first started doing Level 1, about 3 months ago, I would burn around 220 calories but now it's only about 120. This is according to my heart rate monitor. Perfect example of the better in shape you get, the harder or longer you have to work out. :grumble:

My doctor told me a couple years ago that eggs were good for me. I'm with you on the crunchy snacks. I miss them soooo much. :sad: I could eat the whole bag in one sitting. Embarrassing to admit but hey, that's what got me to MFP in the first place. I agree Terri. My weigh-in day used to be Friday so I tended to over indulge on the weekends telling myself I had the rest of the week to make up for it. Didn't take long for that to effect my weight loss. Changed it to Monday and do so much better. Knowing I have to step on that scale Monday morning keeps me on track…

I usually order grilled chicken fajitas and tell them to grill them dry (no oil). Some restaurants bring them out and they are swimming in oil. And definitely tell the waitress not to bring chips and salsa to the table. I can't resist them if they are sitting in front of me. :blushing:

My boyfriend is very good at supporting me as far as food goes. I make chicken tacos like this about once a week. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa. Sometimes I don't even use the shells. Just take a big piece of lettuce and wrap the mixture in it. Bake some zuchini & yellow squash with a little taco seasoning on them as a side. One of my favorite meals. :bigsmile:
