I bought an elliptical about 4 years ago and the first few weeks my feet would go numb and tingle. Someone told me to loosen my shoe laces which I did and have had no problem since then. Crazy huh?

I don't have a cheat meal but if I could have "dream meal" it would be a chicken chimichanga, mexican rice along with all the chips and queso I could eat at Burro Loco Mexican Restaurant. I could eat mexican 3 days a week. Actually, I used to which is why I'm now a member of MFP. :laugh:

I wouldn't worry about 1 day of not eating your recommended calories but personally, I would have to eat a small snack before I workout if it had been that long since I'd eaten. That's why I don't post a lot of topics on here. I find what I need by searching past topics 99% of the time. Just today, I've searched "knee pain", "chicken recipes" and "exercise calories".

Both my treamill and elliptical would say "I'm so glad you are using me again. Everytime you came in the room I would get my hopes up that you were coming to visit but no, you were just looking for something in the closet. I am so glad you posted this. I get so tired of my family and friends saying "we can go to such and such restaurant cause they have salads". Some salads at these restaurants have 800 calories!!!!! Just because it is a salad or has salad in the name, doesn't mean it's healthy.

I eat at Outback a couple times a month. Love it. According to their nutritional info, Pork Tenderloin is only 386 cals, Outback Special 6 oz. w/out butter is 230 cals and chicken on the barbie w/out butter is 415 cals. Great plan. That's what I do. My goal is "the next 10lbs" because looking at the big picture is too overwhelming. It discourages me. But I know I can loose 10 lbs so that's my focus. Orville Redenbacher Simply Natural popcorn. I eat the whole bag and even though I still stay within my daily calories, I know I'd do better without those 300 calories. I just can't give it up yet. :sad:
