Dear Boyfriend, Would it kill you to put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher? I bought my first elliptical at Wal-Mart and thought it was going to fall apart before I got 30 minutes in. Took it back, went to Sports Authority and bought a Pro-Form brand. Well worth the extra $$$. Happy "ellipticalling". :bigsmile:

Today I choose to do Week 5 / Day 1 of the Couch to 5K program. I have been repeating week 4 for 2 weeks because Week 5 scares me and I'm afraid I won't be able to do it. Well, thanks to your post, I'm going to give it my best shot today because I won't know until I try it !!!!

Love this flavor of Crystal Light ! I don't add the whole packet to my 16 oz water bottle cause I just like a "hint" of flavor. I can usually get 3 water bottles out of 1 packet. My water intake is normally 32 oz with Crystal Light and 32 oz of plain water.

Donate it to local food bank or homeless shelter. There are some groups that take donated Halloween candy and send it to the troops in care packages. Google it for your area.

It's just me and my boyfriend and he's pretty easy to please. He doesn't mind that eating healthy. Having to buy for 2 different kinds of eating habits would increase the grocery bill. Don't know what I'm doing right, but I really am saving money !

Friday night is date night with my boyfriend so we go out to eat. I don't go crazy but if I eat 200 - 300 extra calories, I'm fine with it. Sometimes I even stay at my calorie goal. It's all about moderation and lifestyle.

I turn it off as soon as I finish my workout. I just figure I burn calories even if I'm doing nothing so those "extra" calories I burn while waiting for my heart rate to return to normal aren't worth worrying about.

Love this topic. So many people, me included, get obsessed with the scale. NSV - Being able to bend over and paint my own toe nails !!!! Not having heartburn since I quit eating greasy, fried, fatty foods. Wearing my favorite rings now that my fingers aren't so fat. :tongue:

On the 5 days a week I exercise, I burn anywhere from 350 - 450 calories, according to my HRM. Since I added the C25K to my workout, it's always over 400.
