I looked at your food and exercise diaries. You might want to eat less carbs and maybe eat healthier snacks. Adam's natural peanut butter is better for you. The Jiff stuff has alot of fat. A good snack is air popped popcorn. You can have 6 cups and it fills you up good. I don't put butter on it. I'll spray it with some…

We all have bad days...most of us anyway. When I blow it I do better the next day and sometimes a little more exercise. Stick with it, you'll be glad you did.

Chew gum, drink water, a few raw almonds. I eat air popped popcorn and put a couple of olive oil pam spray then sprinkle with a small amount of garlic salt. Very low calories but satisfying.

My favorite thing is to add a small amount of egg nog (Christmas time of course). Also, mostly every day I'll add craisins and chopped peacans. Yum
