  • snacking at night is my favorite!! All the kids are in bed, my husband goes to bed early since he wakes up super early for work. So I get to relax by myself and that is when I love to indulge. I'll usually snack around 10ish so I agree it doesn't matter what time you eat as long within calories limits. :)
  • I LOVE having popcorn with the butter oil (popping topping) and Milk Duds! I make these homemade oatmeal raisin chocolate cookies that are to die for! Jamocha Ice Cream from Baskin Robbins. YUUUMMMYYYY!!!!!!! Wine, Lots of Wine. We didn't have to list just one did we? Cuz that would be impossible. ;)

  • That is fantastic! Great job on the 4lbs. Yes, I unfortunately had to learn the hard way about diet pills. They definitely work, but are only good for a short term. I am so afraid of gaining all my weight back now that I've stopped taking them, which is what I'm told will happen so I'm really going to stick to MFP's…
  • well I am 5'4 and 138 lbs. My goal weight is also 125. When I started I was 170! Almost there, but I seem to have hit a plateau and keep fluctuating between 130 and 140! I really need to start exercising more, which I've completely slacked off on. Would love to have a diet-buddy! ;)
