I had no idea about it's creamy decadence until I came to these message boards. In a post yesterday someone asked what your worst "binge" was and one of the replies was eating a whole jar of Nutella. Do I have to count it?
Fruits and Vegetables? Do I really have to log those into MFP? I did Weight Watchers last year and was successful on it, but I didn't have to track fruits or veggies. Those were always considered "free" points or calories to promote eating more of them.

Need Motivation
I have lost 32 lbs since signing up to myfitnesspal, but I cheated and used diet pills. Phentermine to be exact. I believe my body has built a tolerance to them and they are no longer effective, which I know I know.... is exactly why you should never take diet pills. Please no lectures or flaming. I already know what I did…
