Welcome to MFP, know we have all been there one time or another. I too am an Army wife and I got 55 pounds off last year with this site and my hubby's guidance while he was deployed. I found that if I switched my fitness routines and the foods I chose to eat every 4 weeks I would avoid gaining/plateauing. Hang in there…
