I mix it with milk its thicker then mixing with water and tastes a lot better. you can make a smoothie out of it and add a banana or other fruit if ya want. if you go to the store you can read the Directions on different ways to make and use teh shakes.

Im not sure on the brand but I have a big thing of 100% whey protien and drink it right after my workouts. Im not to informed on much of it though.

I used to do this all the time and got so used to it that i just did it. Now that I havent been workign otu that much I havent been holding my stomatch in at all but when i realize im not I tighten it up. I think it helps and it works on your tummy while sittiing or standing or walking. My thought I think it helps. :happy:

I tired it and it didnt work. I also tried that diet pill for women....cant remember the name I think its slim quick or somthing. NOTHING!!:mad: I wasted my money. You can try something more natural like Acai Berry or whatnot. Im doing a 14 day cleanse and so far im losing and actually feeling alot better. just a thought.…

I have a question since I do the same thing. i wear a normal full coverage bra then my sports bra. But my question is cause I hate no padding bras. I had that day yesterday. I didnt let it get me down. I just know today is going to be an active day with working out and going ice skating and doing tons of walking. Dont let it get you down. keep up the hard work and youll do great!!! :flowerforyou:
