  • yes i have my food Diary I log everyday. I may slack a little on the weekends by not entering everything but know im not going way over my calories.   • No i go to the gym every night and If i know im not I stick to the cals I eat normally and not the extra. Also its kinda nice to enter a workout im goign that night and if I do extra min on the treadmill or eliptical or lift I add that and see the difference. Thanks Yall!!

  • Did you eat the whole foot long? You can cut it in have an deat half the foot long and eat the other half the next day. Eat a piece of friut with it as well. I believe then it should be better then the 630 calories it was. I know alot of people that eat subway all the time. Hope this helps. :flowerforyou:
