Thank you for asking this question. I have some of the prevention magazine videos which are more beginner geared I think (good for me as I'm a lazy butt). But it is great to hear reviews from others on different videos! I may have to put a couple of the JM videos on my shopping list!

I'm sorry to hear of your wasted money and experience on that salad. I've noticed that often with 'mixed' salads.
