I agree with this quote.... sometimes I hit a wall and just want to give up but then I realize I've accomplished so much that I have to climb the wall. This week I have a set goal if by friday I feel good about myself I'm buying clothes :)

I'm with you, let's do this.... My goal is to get out of the 60's and into the 50's by Memorial day. I will stay away from junk food. Lent is over and let me tell you I ate lots of chips and beer on saturday:( not happy at all. Today is a new day and I'm taking it one day at a time

not recommanded... I use to be on pills all the time I became so depended on them that I use to take a pill instead of a meal. I was forced to stop the diet pills and gain a ton of weight back. I say clean eating and exercise is the best and healthy way.. :smile:

Good morning, time does go by fast. I know what you mean about sweets I gave them up for lent along with chips and beer I've lost 4lbs. I am afraid for the next day after lent.. :noway: I have to be strong and try to deal with it. Let's do it again this week.

I'm in today for sure. I don't know what exercise I'll be doing but I'm doing something. I'm thinking of joining a gym (today) so I can take my son with me. :smile:

I'm like you sweets are my weaknesses. It's the hardest thing to do is not eating sweets. I buy low calorie snacks nutriegrain bars, fiber one snacks or nuts mixed with dry fruits.

I was in a challenge last fall/winter for a few months and they kept telling me I would not win because I was the smallest one in the challenge.
